Payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors. Mas Studios does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems. Payment processors handle information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

## 7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, security, preferences, analytics, and, where enabled, marketing.

You may control cookies through the website’s consent tools, where available, and through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent portions of the website or booking system from functioning correctly.

If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, information may be shared with those providers to measure website performance, understand visitor activity, attribute inquiries or bookings, and improve advertising. Where required, non-essential cookies will be used only after consent.

## 8. Disclosure to Service Providers and Other Parties

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to:

- Website hosting, booking, calendar, email, storage, payment, accounting, analytics, customer-management, and IT providers.

Service providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell personal information.

## 9. Processing Outside Alberta or Canada

Some service providers may process or store information outside Alberta or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or governmental authorities under the laws of that jurisdiction. Contact our Privacy Officer for information about relevant service providers or jurisdictions.

## 10. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to complete projects, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or insurance requirements.

Retention periods vary according to the type of record. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it. Project files and raw materials are retained only for the period agreed with the client or established by our current production-storage practices; clients should maintain their own final backups.

## 11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These may include access controls, limited staff access, secure service providers, account protections, backups, and secure disposal practices.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. If a privacy breach occurs, we will investigate and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

## 12. Access and Correction

You may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Access may be limited where permitted or required by law, including where disclosure would reveal another person’s information, confidential commercial information, or legally privileged material.

## 13. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and business users. A parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized adult must provide any necessary consent when a project involves a minor. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children for online marketing purposes.

## 16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, technology, providers, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other appropriate means.
